Faustin et Pierre s&rsquo;associeront quelques ann\u00e9es\u00a0plus tard.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Un regroupement familial<\/strong><br \/>\nEn<strong> 1969,<\/strong>\u00a0la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Faustin et Raymond Delande\u00a0\u00bb est cr\u00e9\u00e9e.<br \/>\nEn<strong> 1973,<\/strong>\u00a0dissolution de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Faustin et Raymond Delande\u00a0\u00bb suite au d\u00e9c\u00e8s de Faustin Delande. Raymond Delande, fils d\u2019Alfred et neveu de Faustin, continue seul ses activit\u00e9s d\u2019agent de change.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En <strong>1978,<\/strong> Raymond Delande fusionne avec L\u00e9on Flament, son beau-p\u00e8re, agent de change et membre de la Commission de la Bourse de Bruxelles. Quelques mois plus tard et suite au d\u00e9c\u00e8s de L\u00e9on Flament, Raymond Delande, agent de change et membre de la Commission de la Bourse de Bruxelles, reprend seul les r\u00eanes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui se nomme dor\u00e9navant \u00ab\u00a0Raymond Delande &amp; Cie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Une \u00e9volution vers de nouveaux d\u00e9fis<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">En<\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"> 1988<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9m\u00e9nage Rue Montoyer 31, \u00e0 1000 Bruxelles.<br \/>\n<\/span>En<strong> 1992<\/strong> La Commission Bancaire et Financi\u00e8re agr\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Raymond Delande &amp; Cie\u00a0\u00bb en tant que Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Bourse.
